Oanh Nguyen
Oanh founded Paper & Pixel to help non-technical people move from watching AI work to directing it thoughtfully.
The idea grew through building small apps and games with her young son. What mattered was never simply that AI could make something quickly. It was the human work around it: making an idea clear, noticing what was wrong or missing, giving better feedback and deciding when a result was ready.
That is still the test for every Paper & Pixel product, workshop and business solution: does it make a real task easier while keeping people responsible for the outcome?

How we work
Different forms of work call for different tools. The underlying approach stays steady: start close to the real task, make expectations visible and keep people involved where judgement matters.

Start with the real problem
Understand the task before choosing the technology. Sometimes the answer is a product, sometimes a workflow and sometimes no AI at all.

Useful AI needs relevant information, explicit boundaries and a clear idea of what a good result should contain.

Make one thing work in real life, learn from it and add only what earns its place.

Keep people responsible
AI can organise, summarise and draft. People review and decide—especially where customers, money, records or reputation are involved.
