Effective Date: July 17, 2026
Thank you for purchasing from Paper & Pixel Pte. Ltd. We appreciate your support of our digital products and services.
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are final once access to the product has been granted. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit after access has been provided, except for the circumstances listed below or where required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You have reviewed the product description and any available previews or demos before purchasing.
• You understand that digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
• No refund, exchange, or credit will be issued after access is granted, except as described in this policy.
Workshop Bookings
Workshop bookings are refundable when you request a cancellation at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start of the workshop.
Before the workshop begins, you may transfer your place to another attendee. Please email us with the replacement attendee's name and contact details so we can update the booking.
Requests received fewer than 7 calendar days before the workshop are not refundable. If Paper & Pixel cancels a workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer your booking to a future session. If we reschedule and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, such as:
• Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error.
• A product that is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
